My #1 Mask Etiquette Strategy

We have officially welcomed the MOST unpredictable back-to-school season, which comes with so much uncertainty 😥

The good news is ...we've made it this far and the better news is...... we're going to continue to push through all this crap because we have no other choice.

Let's stay positive here!!! We can do this. (I think I tell myself this at least 4 times a day).

I'm manifesting positivity for all of us!

So with that said.... I'm focusing on the things that I have control of TODAY and one of those things happens to be teaching my kids how to handle their masks appropriately when they're in school.

Sounds like a no-brainer but there are so many things they need to know to keep them as safe as possible when I'm not there.

One of the most important things I'm teaching them right now is how to properly take their masks off.

Sound simple right?

Well most kids I've seen so far are pulling their masks off from the front and then right away touching their faces with the hand that had direct contact with the mask. This totally defeats the purpose of the mask 🤦‍♀️

So... teach your child to remove their mask from the ear loops!

Model it for them! You can also practice doing it hand-over-hand with them! Let them show you they can do it alone!

This is ONLY 1 of the many MUSTS that I'm focusing on with my own kids when it comes to mask etiquette. I need to know that I've done absolutely EVERYTHING I can to keep them as safe as possible when they're in the classroom.

I don't need that #parentguilt hanging over my head, and neither do you!
